Weight 125
I was back up 2.5 pounds this week… not surprised. At all. I got all my workouts in and I ate good all week (with one exception). Hormonally, it’s time to be up on the scale as well.
My focus this week will be to get in all my workouts and eat healthy.
On to week 4…

Jacquie, I admire your dedication. I was wondering if you had any suggestions on things that I could be eating so I can lose weight while training? I know I need to add weight training, but what else am I missing? I'm still the heaviest I've EVER been but I'm in great running shape again...frustrating. My stress level has been super high lately as well.
